The scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any project will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or agreement agreed upon by both parties. In the event of a conflict, the signed agreement will control.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to:

Client Work

4. Payments & Fees

Payments for Services are not accepted directly through this website.

All fees, payment schedules, deposits (if applicable), and payment methods will be outlined in a separate proposal or contract agreed upon prior to the start of any project. Payment terms, including late payment policies or consequences for non-payment, are governed solely by the signed agreement between the parties.

5. Client Responsibilities

Client responsibilities, including the timely provision of content, feedback, approvals, and materials, will be defined in the applicable proposal or contract.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays, additional fees, or changes to the project timeline, as outlined in the agreement.

6. Revisions & Approval

Revision rounds, approval processes, and any additional fees for out-of-scope work will be defined in the applicable proposal or contract. Any terms related to revisions are governed by the signed agreement between the parties.

7. No Guarantees

While Services are provided using professional skill, experience, and industry best practices, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results, including but not limited to business growth, conversions, visibility, or revenue. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.

8. Third-Party Services

We design websites primarily using third-party platforms such as Squarespace and Showit. Clients are responsible for securing and maintaining their own domain names, hosting services, and any third-party subscriptions, licenses, plugins, or tools required for their website.

We are not responsible for the performance, availability, security, pricing, or terms of any third-party services or platforms. Clients are responsible for reviewing and agreeing to all applicable third-party terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marta Regalado Branding and Website Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Marta Regalado Branding and Website Design from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the website or Services

  • Content you provide

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable laws
